Fall Concert Dress Rehearsal
Our Autumn in Song Dress Rehearsal will take place during the school day on Tuesday, October 13. Since there is no school on Monday, October 12, students will be field tripped out of their regular classes so we can rehearse together and prepare for the concert. Attendance is required for all choir students participating in Autumn in Song.

Join us for Autumn in Song, our first choir concert of the school year! Come celebrate the start of a new season of music as our Lake Park choirs take the stage and share what they’ve been working on. Choir student call times will be announced closer to the concert date.
ILMEA District 9 Senior Jazz Festival
The ILMEA District 9 Senior Jazz Festival brings together outstanding student musicians from across the district for a day of rehearsals and performances. This event is only for students who audition for ILMEA and are selected to participate in a District 9 jazz ensemble.

Winter Jazz Concert
Celebrate the season with an evening of jazz! The Winter Jazz Concert features performances by the Lake Park Jazz Band, VJ7, and VJ8. While attendance is not required for all choir students, students who are not members of VJ7 or VJ8 are highly encouraged to attend and support their fellow musicians.
Call times for VJ7 and VJ8 members will be announced closer to the concert date.
Holiday Festival of Choirs
Celebrate the season with the Holiday Festival of Choirs! This festive concert features performances by all of our Lake Park choir ensembles as we come together to share an evening of holiday music with family, friends, and our choir community.
A special tradition of the evening invites Lake Park choir alumni in attendance to join us on stage for the “Hallelujah Chorus.”

Jr. High Festival
The Junior High Choir Festival welcomes students from our feeder junior highs to spend the day at Lake Park making music, singing together, and experiencing what it’s like to be part of the LPHS Choir program. It’s a fun opportunity to meet other singers, work with our choir staff and students, and get a glimpse of the music and community that await at Lake Park.
Choir Social
Start the year with some choir fun! Join us for games, pizza, singing, and a chance to get to know your fellow choir members. It’s a great way to meet new people, reconnect with friends, and kick off the school year together.

POPS Concert
Join the LPHS Choirs for our POPS Concert, an evening of music featuring favorites from film, musicals, and popular hits. This entertaining concert showcases the talent and energy of our student performers in a fun and engaging celebration of music.
Portillo's Fundraiser
Join us for a delicious meal at Portillo’s in Bloomingdale for a fundraiser benefitting Lake Park Choirs. 20% of qualifying sales will be donated back to our program. Grab a bite and then join us for our POPS Concert at 7:00 PM!

Panera Fundraiser Night
We’re raising dough for Lake Park High School Choir.
Join us on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 4:00–8:00 PM at Panera Bread, 370–420 West Army Trail Road in Bloomingdale for a fundraiser that supports our choir students.
Use code FUND4U when ordering on the Panera website, in the Panera app, or at the kiosk in-cafe. You can also bring the flyer or show a digital copy when ordering at the cafe.
25% of net sales from qualifying orders will be donated back to LPHS Choir.

Festival of Choirs
Ring in the season with festive favorites and traditional carols performed by all choirs. This family-friendly program celebrates community, tradition, and the joy of singing.

Vocal Jazz Night
An evening of swing, scat, and smooth harmonies featuring our Vocal Jazz ensembles. Expect tight charts, solo features, and a rhythm-forward program that brings jazz standards and contemporary tunes to life.

ILMEA District 9 Senior Festival
Lake Park students selected through audition will join top musicians from across the district at Dundee-Crown High School in Carpentersville for a day of rehearsals and a culminating evening concert. Featuring ensembles in Band, Chorus, Orchestra, and Treble Chorus, the festival provides an unparalleled opportunity to perform challenging repertoire under the direction of distinguished conductors. This prestigious event celebrates collaboration, artistry, and the pursuit of musical excellence.
ILMEA District 9 Senior Vocal Jazz Festival
Selected Lake Park students will join top high school vocalists from across District 9 for a full day of rehearsals and performance under the direction of esteemed guest conductors. Hosted at Neuqua Valley High School in Naperville, the festival culminates in an evening concert showcasing a variety of jazz standards and contemporary works. Participation in this event is a prestigious honor, highlighting musical excellence and collaboration at the highest level.
Autumn in Song
Celebrate the first performance of the year with a program that highlights tone, blend, and ensemble music-making across all choirs. From classic choral repertoire to contemporary selections, this concert sets the stage for a year of growth and artistry.

Note: This concert does not have a dress rehearsal the day before.
Autumn in Song Dress Rehearsal
All choirs will gather for a full run-through of the Autumn in Song program during the school day. This rehearsal ensures ensembles are comfortable with concert flow, stage placement, and transitions before the evening performance. Attendance is required for all singers. Transportation will be provided for East Campus students.
LPCPA Pollyanna Fundraiser
Join us for a fun evening out at Pollyanna Brewing & Distilling in Roselle on Thursday, October 2 from 6–9 PM! Enjoy raffles, Split the Pot, a food truck, and a cake walk—all while supporting the Lake Park Choirs. Pollyanna will generously donate a portion of all sales back to LP Choirs. Bring your friends and family for a night of food, fun, and music-filled community spirit!
